Answer: Mrs. A.H. has a complaint of having pain while coughing and breathing. The main intervention of this case could be the diagnosis of the respiratory system. May be she is suffering from pneumonia. So the test for the pneumonia should be performed, i.e. blood test and the complete blood count test to check about the elevated white blood cells. The chest X-ray should be done and if it is not clear then CT scan should be performed to get the clear image.

This is because may be there is an infection in the resoirespir system, these symptoms are related to the pneumonia. The air sac get filled with the fluid, which lead the oxygen not to pass through the lungs, hence cause pain while breathing.
