Law of comparative advantage states that tradeing of goods and services among nations is most beneficial given both nations produce and trade the goods and services at which they are best in; in terms of opportunity cost. This means that a nation must produce more of that good at which its oortunity cost is less and it has comparatively more efficiency in producing that good. Thus gains from producing good at which the nation has comparative advantage are more from that on producing good having absolute advantage.
