I will consider:

a) Utility of each product for me

b) Price of each product

c) Uniqueness of each product including its quality.

d) Its availability in its substitutes

e) My present need

I will be willing to pay more for a product having higher utility, lower price, more unique, whose substitutes are not available and the one which I need immediately.
