As per high low method, variable cost per unit = difference in costs at highest and lowest level/difference in units

=(6310-3547)/(3400-1865)

=$1.8 per visitor

Fixed cost = total cost - variable cost

= 3547 - 1865*1.8

=$190,000

Estimated maintenance costs = 190000 + 2700000*1.8

=$5,050,000
