Molarity = moles of solute /volumes of solution in litres

1 L = 1000ml

6.0M = moles of naoh /7.0*10-3 L

Moles of naoh = 4.2*10-2 = 0.042 moles

Now

New molarity= 0.042 moles/ 400*10-3L

= 0.105 mol/L = 0.105M
