Answer to the question

1. The purpose of the conversation is to get a result through making plans or discussion on the problem to just clear about something.

Out of the "Verbal" "Non verbal" and "Visual" communication strategy, we use verbal strategy to get outcome.

2. We will use FACE TO FACE communication channel during the conversation to achieve the result, because there's minimum chances of errors in providing the message to the receiver of the information.

3. The interface should be internal just because internal sources is more reliable then external one.

4. Following are the steps we will use to adjust feedback:-

*Development of a plan to improve.

*Seek coaching to help hold you accountable.

*Practice the actions and

*Reflect on the outcomes.
