Obesity is one of the major global concern. Obesity increases the risk of diseases like cardiovascular diseases, stroke, diabetes, hypertension.

Some of the major factors leading to obesity are sedentary lifestyle, lack of exercises and physical activity, unhealthy eating habits, consuming junk, oily and canned food, smoking, alcohol consumption.
