  1. The system of micromanaging has its own advantages and disadvantages, on one hand it closely monitors the moves of employees, so that proper check on the work of the employees is done, on the other hand there might be a feeling of lack of freedom to employees.
  2. In modern law enforcement agencies we can say that micro management is a failure, where the bosses will be so obsessed as to monitoring the staff, and maintenance of physical documentation for every single transaction which is not a material thing will have a negative impact on the employees.
  3. Therefore, in modern law enforcement agencies, micromanaging is a failure.
