I have one try to do this and I want to make sure it is right! I think that both answers would be true, but I am not confident.

Both the statements will be false

In the first the object is placed between focus and optical centre and in this case the image formed will be virtual and virtual image in case of lens is formed on the same side of object and they are erect not inverted

So both statements will be false.
