As a telehealth nurse some of the important things necessary to serve the clients in an efficient ways are

• A good internet facility to ensure there is uninterrupted communication with the patient during conversation
• Knowledge about telehealth and a detail knowledge of patient and their medical condition

This can be of different for different patient like

• A cardiac patient monitored for blood pressure and heart rate from being not physically present
• Reminding elderly patient for their visit who may forget their appointments due to oldage and others are given a reminder call
• They enhances the professional relationship between a doctor and patient and serves as a mediator
