You can do Text/Sentiment Analysis by analysing the tweets. First clean the tweets and then using a dictionary of positive and negative words create a frequency table. Then import the data in tableau and create a word chart. The words with highest frequency will appear as largest following by the lower frequencies. This will show the sentiment about the product and can be used in marketing campaigns/analysis.
