Because in the above given four projects the value of A is $-5000, and for project C it is 0. So, here we can see that C has the highest value among all the projects, that is all other project A, B, D are having more negative value.

And we also know while calculating equivalent uniform annual worth(EUAW) the highest valued project is taken into consideration. So the given statement is false.
