How can the outsourcing of U.S. computer jobs generate new U.S. jobs in construction or retail trade? Do you agree or disagree with outsourcing? Why?
AGREED. The reason is that outsourcing of the computer jobs cost higher productivity, which produced more income. Outsourcing enhances the U.S. productivity and reduces the production costs and prices. When these industries become more productive, then they will require more workers. Thus now the companies can invest in expansions and staffing, which results in creating more jobs. The higher U.S. productivity, profits and global competitiveness will create more employment in the country. Moreover exports are also increased because of lower prices of the U.S. produced goods.
