Are we avoiding conversations more now than in the past? Why? Is this okay? How can we make it better or should we make it better?

Conversation is a form of interactive ,spontaneous communication between two or more people who are following rules of etiquitte .

It is polite giveup and talk of subjects thought of by people talking with each other for many purposes .

Why We are avoiding conversation :

• In general there are so many factors which influence on poor conversation or avoiding conversation .
• Now a days , the people are living with busy shedule , work tension is very more and there is no efficient time to talk each other

For example : if We take the software , the people are work with day and night together ,some times they dont have enough time to sleep also .not only software all working people are facing this problem .

• There are so many electronic channels such as mobile phone ,computer , other video game and presence of Television also play important role in avoiding convesation .
• Now a days ,people are very much interested in using social media such as face book , twitter , instagram etc. These are also factors for avoiding conversation between the people .
• Other factors such as distance : distance plays a role in determining the course of a converastion .ex : many people are working in distance places and out of the family reach .
• Now a days ,people are very interested to stay alone because of many factors such as freedom , privacy etc .
• Other factors such as closed doors , in closed doors We can' t speack each other
• Place : over crowded places .
• Noise
• Poor listening abilities
• Cultural factors
• Wrong assumption
• Language barriers .

How can We make it better :

• By means of workshops
• Conferences
• By going for tours , picknik etc .
• Making get to gethers
• Kitty parties .
• By keeping programmes
