Operation Management is very important for the organization to manage as it deals with various resources like labor, money, raw material and other possible resources. Planning, controlling , organising, staffing are it's key elements in the organization.
According to me Operation Management is more important in present as compared to in past because no matter how big the organization is Operation Management need is very important in the organization.
It helps organizations in doing planning, staffing of employees, controlling, monitoring etc.
With the help of Operation Management some of the employees of the organization have became expert in various fields. Some are good in planning, some are good in controlling etc. This helps the organisation to grow more and more and they can easily achive there targets those they have set. This will also help in increase in company's revenue.
