• Fragile X syndrome which can cause mental illness and behavioral changes
• The fear of her depicts some physical abuse by male friend by not providing food or seizing money from her pension which can make difficulty for her buying foods

The protective factor here is the support workers who can identify and come out with the cause of fear ,weight loss after assessment or either of if Juno tries to come out with her problem.
