1) answer : 6 months old infant who has respiratory syncytial virus is a contagious disease ,it can spread to one person to another when infected infant sneezes or coughs .so We can keep the infant single in a room 351 _A.

2) 8 years old child who had femur fracture and new spica cast - it is not a communicable neither contagious and 5 months old had failure to thrive also not communicable neither contagious .so We can keep the both in single room _ 352A and 352 B .

3) 16 years old client who had diagnosed with diabetes mellitus _ it is also not communicable neither contagious and 14 years old who has thrombocytopenia is also not spread from one to another . So We can keep both patients in same room _ 353A and 353B .

4) 3 months old baby who received diagnosis of pertusis . Pertusis is a communicable disease and it can easily spread from one to another .so We need to keep this baby in single room _354A.

5) 8 months old who had UTI . We can keep in 355 room.
