Ray's Motor Sales sold a mobile home to Hathaway. Before the written contract was signed, the salesperson told Hathaway that Ray's would take care of any problems that Hathaway might have with the mobile home. The promise was not included in the written document. When hathaway had problems with the mobile home, he asked Ray's to take care of them. Ray refused to be of any assistance. Could Hathaway enforce Ray's promise? Explain. Do you think the court was right in its decision? Explain

Answer: No. There was no enforceable promise because Rays agreement to take care of any problems was not contained with other conditions in the written sales agreement.
