n = Degrees of freedom = df = n - 1 = 80- 1 = 79

standard error (SE) = (s /\sqrtn) = (3.2/\sqrt80) =0.358

a ) At 95% confidence level the t is ,

\alpha = 1 - 95% = 1 - 0.95 = 0.05

  \alpha/ 2\alpha = 0.05 / 2 = 0.025

t\alpha /2,df = t0.025,79 = 1.990

Margin of error = E = t\alpha/2,df * SE

= 1.990 *0.358

E=0.71
