3. No, a male cannot be a carrier of Haemophilia, because it is a X- chromoshome inherited disease& genes of this disease is only present on X chrosomes. If a male has this gene, then he will be Haemophiliac, but in female it may be in recessive form, due to presence of Two X chroshomes, so only female can be the carrier of Haemophilia.
