1. a) Health informatics

                 It is the appplication of information engineering in the different areas in the health care

                 field.Eg; Clinical informatics specialist (nurse informatics specialist manage patient health

                 informations),Biomedical informatics specialist ( they effectively use biomedical datas).

   b) Data quality management

                  It is a group of practices which is used by the administration or management to analyse

                  quality of data.Eg; Internal clinical audits,verification of electronic health records etc.

   c) Interoperability

                  It is the ability of softwares and information technology to exchange and use various type

                  of informations Eg; In hospital settings use of electronic health records and medical records

                  with the help information technology useful to convey and use patient health informations.

   d) Data lake

                It is a store of all datas include copies of system data of an institution for analytic and make

               changes in data used for reporting,analytics and machine learning.

              Eg; Billing and EMR datas in the health care.

e) Data

            Data is a collection of informations,facts and figures.

           Eg; Collected informations about a patient in patients health record is a patient data.

   f) Information

            It is a collection ideas or details about a subject.

            Eg; patient present history is a information about health status of patients in present situvation.

              It is a observation to determine the characterstics of something by comparison with a set of

              protocols.

              It is defind as practices which are not meet the criteria or protocols commonly used in

      i) Data standard

               It is a set of rules used for recording and describing data.

               Eg; Date format,description,Title used when describing a data.

      j) Health information exchange

                 It is the exchange of health informations electronically between the organization within a

                 area or hospial system.

                 Eg; A nurse can exchange important health information of patient to the physician using

                        electronic health record if physician is not available in the unit.

        k) Relational data base

                      It identify data in relation to another piece of data in the database.

                     Eg: Informix,ingres,interbase,linter etc.

         l) Primary key

                      It is a unique identifier used in relation database.

                      Eg; Telephone number,Driving licence.

        m) Foreign key

                      It is a second table in relational database but it refers to the primary key in the first table.

                      it help to link two tables toghether. eg;if we draw a personal table and order table person

                      ID in the order table is the foreign key in the orders table.

   n) Structured quiery language

                    It is a specific language designed and used for managing data in relational database

                    management. Eg; SQL syntax.

                    It is the management information in an organization which helps to operational

                    transparency and legal compliance.

2. Difference between informational governance and data governance

              Data governance

                   It includes management of availability,integrity,usability and security of data used in an

                   institution and a council explain a set of procedures and plan for implement that procedures

                     Eg ; Information technology governance, risk management,master data management.

             Informational governance

                   It include balance use of informations in an institution and a cognitive framework for

                   employees to carry data through policies and procedures in information governance.

                          Eg ; Compliance audits,health information exchange,long term preservation of records.
