1. Market research is a very significant step for any organisation because it brings opportunities in opening the doors to be able to complete correctly the market segmentation and product differentiation.

This market target research becomes very effective in health and wellness to be utilised as it promotes the upward mobility of an organisation, helps the institution to have more of the preventive services. The marketing aims to reach everyone at grass root level to produce a squandered budget.

When the population is precisely and carefully targeted it helps in the brand strategy development. In the health care the target population can be targeted on geography, demographics, behaviour. Thus the target market research would be more effective when utilised in a appropriate manner.

2. Target market is ever wrong because it gives the population a discrete idea about the organisation when things don't get in the way they were told and this will reduce the flow of patients in the health care delivery system. When the market research used with the veracity it helps to better up and if not goes in the wrong way.

3. When the code of conduct is not been met, ethical and legal issues are present with no proper safety for the patients the market research should not be utilised.
