X mcg/min = 1000 mcg/1mg X dosage X rate X 1hr/60 min

X mcg/min = 1000 mcg/1mg X 10mg/500ml X 15ml/1 hr X 1hr/60 min

= 5 mcg/min

Hence there are 5 mcg/min are infusing, if the infusion rate is 15 ml/hour
