The charge to rent a trailer is 20$ for upto 2 hours and 10$ for every additional hour or portion of an hour .

The cost of renting a trailer for 2.4 hours is thus 20$ + 10$ for a fraction of an hour = 30$

The cost of renting a trailer for 3 hours is 20$ + 10$ for an additional hour = 30$

The cost of renting a trailer for 7 hours is 20$ + 50$ for additional 5 hours + 10$ for a fraction of an hour = 80$

The graph of hours vs cost is as below :
