Gossiping is not a good habit and one should never gossip.
Even others cannot see or know that we are gossiping about them we shouldn't goosip because one cannot know the person we are gossiping about her will never say this to the person.And in workplace if others know you are talking behind their backs we will lose our respect and this shows about our character.
First Rhonda feels uncomfortable with gossiping but she continued along with it thus she compromised ethical values.Earlier Rhonda thought gossiping was wrong but she succumbed and this my lead to to her being fired because of her bad reputation at workplace if she caught gossiping.
