ethical dilemma involves the need to choose from among two or more morally acceptable options or between equally unacceptable course of action when one choice prevent the selection. Rhonda is engaged in slanders which consists of gossiping about other people. it is her thought that forces her to engage in gossips. if she is given proper education about the negative effects of slanders she might understand and will refrain herself from engaging in these activities. a friendly talks with friends is right and not harming but when it affects the reputation and comfort of a particular person it is wrong. that should be clearly described to those who are engaging themselves in the same. some people directly identifies the root cause of the problem and solve them and the others will peripherally try to manage the situation in an easy way. the first one is good in the sense it provide a complete solution but sometimes causes ethical and legal issues because slander is a offensive crime. ten steps to control dilemma are
