We know that which molecule has a lower ionization potential it is easier to ionize them.Now we also know that the ionization potential of hydrogen and helium are 13.6 and 24.6 respectively. So as we can see the ionization potential of hydrogen is much lower than that of helium. So it will be easier to ionize hydrogen than helium.
