1. Walmart is targeting customers who are so busy that they do not have time to fetch themselves groceries from the store. These set of customers are willing to skip a visit to the grocery store completely and let a stranger stock up their fridge.

2. Operational issues can be in the form of incurring substantial costs on training and inculcating ethics in employees. Although, Walmart has identified employees who will be in the service of such customers, it is difficult to predict employee behavior since such services will be availed by the high earning category. Also, customer loyalty and demand of the groceries is unpredictable along with responding to varied customer needs. Security and privacy here will remain the biggest challenge as it gives third party access to the customers house which certainly may not be accepted well.
