95 leukocyte count is considered to be normal .Usually cell count up to 100 will give normal results.It indicates there are no abnormal cells.where as 200 to 500 count shows some abnormal cells.

EDTA solution has anticoagulant properties so that the cells will not be destroyed in the blood smear, so that we can find increased number of cells.
