Can you be healthy at any size? Do you think people can be overweight and healthy at the same time? Fat and fit? How? How do these characteristics compare health-wise to someone who is thin but inactive, or thin but unhealthy? What does the term “healthy” mean to you? What nutrition and lifestyle decisions set apart someone who is “fat” but healthy and/or fit compared to someone who is thin but inactive or unhealthy? Similarly, does it matter if we maintain our weight by eating right or exercising more? In other words, is good nutrition more important than exercise? Why or why not? Be specific, with your answers and reasons!

Answer #1

Health is an important aspect of everyone's life but staying fit is a realling task.Being healthy at any size though to be considered to an extent, this cannot be the situation in all cases for a long run.Peoplw who are overweight and healthy are called metabolic healthy obesity but as per the research and study the same metabolic healthy obese individual was at risk of 50% coronary artery disease, 7% of stroke and heart failure twice the risk when compared to a thin.

Similarly it doesn't means if a  person is thin and is inactive will develop some sort of health ailments on the future.

The term healthy in lay man term refers to being fit and free of any physical and psychological problems.

The food habits like right choice of food products, calorie counting ,eating balanced diet with adequate exercise, stress free, alcohol and smoking free can make a person feel fit even when they look fat.

Nutrition and the exercise goes hand in hand .Always the nutrition stands at the first place when it comes to health.Eating the right portion ,quantity and quality food can make one disease free and healthy for life time.
