Answer #1

Answer : C = 46.5 %

Markup % = ( Desired profit * 100 ) / Total cost.

Markup % = ( $ 20 * 100 ) / $ 43 = 46.5 %.

We should consider selling and administrative cost and variable cost in Total cost.
