In theory, the volume used is the one that is available to gas molecules. If we consider some finite size of gas molecule, then the volume available is lower for the same container. Thus, other parameters remaining same, the pressure would be larger.

As for interaction vs no interaction, pressure will be lower in the presence of interaction because the internal forces will lower the net force a molecule exerts on the walls of the container and hence the pressure.
