Answer #1

In 10 minutes = 5 customers

30 minutes = 15

i.e. λ 15

We know that,

P(x, lambda ) = (e^{-lambda })*(lambda ^{x})div x!

So for x = 12

P(12, 15) = 0.08285923436

Option C is correct.
