Answer #1

It is important to make the information as simple as possible because when you are educating a patient then that person doesn't know everything about it and might not even heard about it. Terminologies which nurse will be using to educate might not even be understood by that patient. So, it is nurse's responsibility to make him understand that what is the situation is like in the layman's language because if the information is received in wrong way then it is possible that it will be forwarded in the wrong way also. So, if the information is not given in the simple way then it is not only patient that is receiving that information wrongly, also other people will get it incorrectly. So, it is better to make him understand each and every word in the simplest manner to be able to understand the situation.
