Answer #1

In the present scenario there is seen that the nursing graduates have the lack of the socialization. Hence this is a serious problem. Hence in the nursing education the instructors focus on the nursing graduates to be social.

This is accomplished by giving them the tasks and the assignments on the society basis.

The work plans are made which are dependent on the interaction of the nursing graduates to the community persons.

Especially the poor community people, minority and the uninsured people.

In this way by the nursing education the nurses are getting more and more involved in the society.

During completion of these tasks as the part of the nursing education they develop the social attributes.

Furthermore during this they also conduct various community programmes like tobacco and alcohol eradication programmes. They develop the deep sense of the empathy, they cam understand the real problems of the society.

Thus the nursing education makes them more and more involved in the society and more social.
