Answer: Nurse plays an important role in the patient's life. Nurse also does multiple task and not only adhere to the particular work. Nurse have to perform better in their nursing profession and these things comes from experiences. Nursing is a life long learning process.

Nurse acts as health educator, counselor as well as many other functions which benefits the community in improving the health. To perform better and enhanced functioning nurse have to learn more things such as they need to attend the conference that held on the topics related to healthcare. This provides extra knowledge and information to them. They attend educational programs which provides them how to handle or tackle the difficult situation.

There are many websites and journals that keeps nurses updated with the surroundings and the new methods that has been introduced in healthcare system to improve the health quality of the patients. This also helps them in decision making and critical thinking. These life long learning process provides better platform for the nurses to do better in the present as well as in future.
