1. Staff efficiency and realizing it's potential promotes by new technology. getting to login new systems must need training. EHR system is complex process and expensive so without knowledge no one can handle this so, training tools including how technology will impact their day to day jobs. assess the staff or employs how they are familiar with that new technology.. to identify staff whether they need training or not self esteem assessments are important. training will help to improve skills to staff, and it also improves knowledge and capabilities on technology and it also improves the quality of work in patient care and secure staff with healthcare technology.

2. Teaching computerized tools for staff including  skype, glosgter EDU, wall wishers, prezi, weebly, e-learning, sonic pic, Amara, zoom, desmos, etc.....

3. Tools which are going to use for training to the staff should be audible, well explained and connect trainer to staff with well interconnected.

4. Throughout the day the tools must be accessible to the workforce. conventional learning methods useful to promote fast training. these tools are 24/7 available without resources. it improves recent and scientific technology methods to employs to improve their knowledge and skills with their clinical setup and for easy process. it provides infrastructure and communication for new staff to solve new problems. it also useful for trainer to continue ongoing training
