It has become integrated in almost all the nursing curriculum to provide the hands on supplemental experiences. Even the hospitals and other health care agencies use it for training and continuing education.

Simulation over decade has been proved to offer the best hand on practice for the novice nurses before they are given to hand handle the actual patients. This simulation in an controlled environment fosters the novice nurses to critically think how to integrate their theory into practice and it evaluate the competent skills in a nurse when performing a procedure or caring for a patient. This simulation training bring about best competent skills in the novices nurses to handle their patients with confidence and provide the best holistic care. By simulation there would be less change of the negligence, identification of the deterioration patients and a quick assessment and plan can be accurate when she is trained with simulation.

This simulation helps nurse to be independent on her tasks what she is performing, it bridge the gap between knowledge already gained, they feel more committed and have a sense of best team work, makes the nurses learn from their mistakes in the safe environment with no risk for patient, trainee and the organisation.

Thus when the simulation training is given to the novice nurses they are evaluated for their clinical skills as well as to supervise them when real patients are under their care.
