Chinese music is mainly sung in very thin voice and mostly in falsetto.

Music what I listen to has chorus but in Chinese music they prefer solo rather than chorus. It is melodic rather than harmonic

Chinese music sound doesn't have solos or distorted guitars in their songs, not that I have listened to.
