Answer #1

Mr.Singh's surgical risk can be evaluated by using the APACHE score. APACHE score is calculated based on the acute physiological condition of the patient, age, chronic health condition and severity of illness. It also assesses the 12 variables such as heart rate, MAP, temperature, GCS, blood count levels, and 2 variables of ABG.

Additional information about Mr.Singh's functional assessment like respiratory status, cardiac status, liver function status is necessary to predict the complication and outcomes. The functional assessment helps to make a clinical judgment on his risk factors.
