Most of the hospitals for quality check or to check client satisfaction provide client feedback form.It is given at time of discharge of client so the quality of care is not given to the client.If we allot an individual for quality check who will daily meet the client discuss with the problem they encounter and can collect the complaints from the client.Thus the organization can identify the problems of the client and also which department need to improve. Client satisfaction is measured and also the work of all departments.Thus the quality of care gets improved.
