Quality improvement is one of important concept which helps organizations to continuously improve quality and take actions to remove factors which leads to quality problems. Quality improvement program not only improve the quality of product or services but also focus on improving performance of employees in that organization.Quality improvement helps organization to reduce cost, provide better products or services and increase performance of management at work.

I have experience quality improvement in a Hospital a healthcare organization where the hospital uses the manual documentation system to record files and data of patient. this increase the risk of patient's privacy, increase business cost, care to patient also compromised because manual data recording lead to poor diagnosis and treatment of patients.so management of hospital identify this problem and decide to introduce EHR system in hospital as PDCA cycle so see if this approach of EHR will lead to improve patient's quality care and reduce cost of healthcare and increase performance of management. this EHR did the exact thing because Reliable access to complete patient health information is essential for safe and effective care. EHRs place accurate and complete information about patients' health and medical history at providers' fingertips .

This approach benefit the current work environment because implementation of EHR by using PDCA method help working environment more effective like now staff can record and deliver data instantly with more security. patients also get the right treatment and care by doctors.
