Here, F= kq1 q2/r^2

Fx= (9*10^9)*(4.8*10^-9) *(6*10^-9)/(0.23)^2

Fx=- 4.89 * 10^-6 N

Now,

Fy = (9*10^9)*(4.8*10^-9)*(3*10^-9)/(0.1)^2

Fy= - 1.29 *10^-5 N

Now, F= sqrt(Fx^2 + Fy^2)

So, F= 1.38 * 10^-5 N (Ans)

Now,

Direction, theta= 180 + tan^-1(1.29*10^-5/4.89*10^-6)

Theta= 249.23 degrees (Ans)
