in the spectrum of CO, comparing the experimental values of bond lenght, force constant, dissociation energy and the centrifugal stretching constant to the literatures, the experimental values are higher, why?

Due to the Anharmonicity of a chemical bond that is present in the real situation, all the values are higher. In the ideal equation of Energy, there are no consideration of anharmonicity. But in real situation that is present, so it decreases the value of the energy of a certain vibrational level, so the dissociation energy is getting decreased and correspondingly the bond length is getting increased.
