Now a days most death in childhood cause is due to the unexpected injuries that is accidents.Especially the children and teen having high mortality rate due to accidents when compared to the adults and the older age group peoples.The other options measles, AIDS and cancer are not a common cause of childhood mortality.So the correct response is ACCIDENTS.
