This year you have been asked to belp mentor an intern from the local university. This intern Jeft Golightly, has been following your progress as you've researched a ol ent's tax problem. Your conclusions, which are complex and technical, have been approved by your supervisors. Jeff sent you an email to suggest that you and he meet with the client over lunch and present the results of your research orally. That way, he argues, you can avoid the work and aggravation of putting your findings into a written client letter. Write a memo to Jeff in which you explain why his idea is not a good one. Invent any information you feel is necessary to make your memo complete.

The Memo is a way of communication which is mostly used within the organization for communication between different personal of the organization. Mero are required to be very brief and to the point.

The candidate's idea of presenting result of research to the client is not viable. The taxation work is

complex and technical and required approvals from seniors. Conversation with seniors are always

fruitful for future prospective as they always give some insight to deal the work easily.

Hence, the firm can not avoid the approval of seniors and can not meet client directly for giving result

orally.

The firm would answer any query that the candidate has.
