Force due to q1 and q3 will cancel each other as both have equal charge and are opposite to each other.

Hence force on q4 will be only due to q2

So F = kq2q4/r2

Here r = 0.28/sqroot2

So F = 9×10^9×38×35×10^-12/(0.28×0.28/2)

Hence

F = 305.36N
