3 types of creatinine phosphokinase (cpk)

Cpk mm- increase in skeleton muscle damage

Cpk bb- increase in brain tissue injury

Cpk mb - increase in heart wall damage

So etiology of increase- cpk

Muscle damage due to stress, direct injury, rahabdomylisis

Heart wall damage- in myocardial infraction (mi)

Brain injury- in stroke
