1.HIV is a deadly infection which has no cure so far.It can be transmitted through contaminated fluids and blood or its products when it comes with direct contact to a open injury in the body. The saliva is the only fluid where HIV virus cannot live on it or survive. Therefore HIV cannot spread through saliva.
