The Management control process is a process which ensures that each and every activity of the organisation is towards the achievement of the goals of the organizations. In other words the process helps the managers to evaluate the organization`s performance.

The Management Control process in service Organizations involves Programming, Budgeting, Measurement of performance and the appraisal of that performance. Here, the planning is done by the management in terms of programs and responsibility centres which includes the profit centers and investment centers.
